Evaluation of Agronomic Traits and Genetic Diversity of Common Bean Genotypes under Irrigated and Rainfed Conditions

نویسندگان

چکیده

This study was conducted to determine agronomic performance of ten commercial common bean varieties (Karaman 2016, Adabeyazı, Akın, Göksun, Bulduk, Akman 98, Zirve, Göynük Özmen and Topçu), two advanced lines (KF-Arp KF-Arj) under rainfed irrigated conditions for years in a split plot randomized block design with four replications. Özmen, Zirve Adabeyazı cultivars had the highest grain yields (irrigated conditions; 4152, 4018 3691 kg ha–1, 1456, 1318 1322 respectively) terms yield according average data conditions. Eight Inter Simple Sequence Repeat (ISSR) markers were used reveal genetic diversity genotypes. The ISSR produced 140 polymorphic alleles, while allele number per primer found as 17.5 PIC value 0.96. A dendrogram created genotypes that consisted main groups, Akın only cultivar first group, remaining eleven grouped together second group 11% similarity.

Water deficit is an important factor limiting crop growth all over the world. In order to evaluate genetic variation, heritability and the interrelationship between agronomic traits, twenty chickpea genotypes were cultivated in two separated randomized complete block experiments with three replications under normal irrigated and rainfed conditions. The experiments were carried out at the Agricu...

Investigation of Genetic Diversity and Relationships Among Agronomic Traits of Some Flax Genotypes

Extended Abstract Introduction and Objective: Flax (Linum usitatissimum L.) from the Linum genus and Linaceae family is one of the oldest oil products in the world. A natural population with sufficient genetic diversity is necessary to select the desired phenotypic traits, so the study of genetic diversity and the correct selection of essential tools is the main breed of plant. Agriculture fac...

Genetic diversity and relationships among traits in potato genotypes using agronomic traits and molecular marker (SSR).

The molecular marker (SSR) has been used to investigate the markers associated with the agronomic traits including days to 50% flowering, tube ring time, days to maturity, plant height, the number of main stems per plant, the number of tubers per plant, dry matter content, main stem diameter, a single tuber weight, average single tuber weight, and the total yield in potato genotypes. Ten primer...

Estimation of Genetic Parameters of Yield and Yield Traits in Wheat Genotypes under Rainfed Conditions

Development of superior crop varieties is the prime objectives of all plant breeding programs. To determine genetic variability, heritability and genetic advance, 24 elite bread wheat lines were planted in randomized complete block design with three replications at the University of Agriculture, Peshawar under rainfed conditions. Data were recorded on days to heading, days to maturity, plant he...
